Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an early-career Operations Associate to support risk-based alert reviews and investigations across ACR, CIP, CDD, and TIN processes. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and timely escalation when needed.

You will research client data, document findings, and collaborate with frontline units to resolve alerts while contributing to process improvements and stronger controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform alert reviews related to Account Closure Recommendation (ACR), CIP, CDD, and TIN applied, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.
• Investigate and resolve alerts by conducting thorough research, analyzing client data, and documenting findings accurately.
• Support completion of internal QA reviews, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures.
• Participate in ongoing review and enhancement of procedures, identifying opportunities to strengthen controls and improve efficiency.
• Provide constructive feedback to peers and leadership on trends, risks, and process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely resolution of alerts and alignment with operational priorities.
• Maintain a strong focus on risk mitigation, client experience, and regulatory compliance in all aspects of work.
• Process routine/standard alerts (via applications and email) to appropriate front line unit (FLU) according to established procedures and prescribed processes.
• Daily responsibilities will cover the operations functional areas such as: Reviewing and Researching of Initial Alerts, Managing Alerts to Closure, Responding to Inquiries.
• Provide quality, timely service and effective and efficient operations support for the assigned areas, internal business partners and/or external customers and clients.

Job Description:

Responsible for supporting risk-based operational processes through the timely and accurate review, investigation, resolution, and escalation of alerts. The role applies established procedures and sound judgment to mitigate risk, maintain regulatory and policy compliance, deliver quality operational support, and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and process effectiveness.
