Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct complex AML/KYC risk reviews of customers escalated or exited based on identified risks; develop recommendations for management decisions
• Monitor queue to ensure SLA adherence and regulatory requirements
• Meet production goals and maintain high quality of work
• Present proposed decisions to compliance teams and leadership for review
• Complete tasks in support of projects with emphasis on quality and timeliness
• Communicate issues and identify risk mitigation strategies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices
• Make day-to-day decisions and refer complex cases to manager
