Job summary

The role emphasizes SQL/Python proficiency, ETL development, and AI-enabled data solutions. You will contribute to proactive risk identification, data quality, and scalable analytics across the case lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in analytics or data engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience with Alteryx and Tableau preferred.
• Knowledge of API integration is a plus.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain data quality.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain analytically ready datasets for AML/KYC operations.
• Develop scalable ETL and data transformation pipelines.
• Create AI-ready metadata, data dictionaries, and semantic layers.
• Use Python/SQL for data extraction, profiling, validation, and optimization.
• Apply AI-assisted coding tools to speed up analytics tasks.
• Collaborate with analytics and AI teams for model readiness.
• Establish data quality checks and validation frameworks.
• Prepare clear documentation and executive-ready data findings.
