Job summary

You will combine hands-on data validation with controls automation in Alteryx, use SQL for validation, and coordinate remediation, tracking tasks, dependencies, blockers, and closure with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in financial services with AML/KYC operations, risk/controls, UAT testing, process improvement, or automation.
• Strong organization and execution discipline with reliable follow-through.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with process documentation and business requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint and security awareness.
• Baseline familiarity with Alteryx and willingness to learn; basic SQL for validation/troubleshooting.
