• Ensure KYC/AML compliance across client records.
• Address delays and inefficiencies in KYC processes.
• Maintain awareness of process risks and manage operational risk.
• Escalate risks and drive issues to closure.
• Support bankers in client selection to manage risk.
• Renewal cycle management of DDFs with Relationship Management Partnership.
• Oversee portfolio management while upholding quality standards.
