Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an AML/KYC Oversight Associate Project Manager / Business Analyst to guide AML/KYC strategies and ensure regulatory compliance across BSA, PATRIOT Act, OFAC/SDN.

The role blends project management and business analysis to drive end-to-end AML/KYC processes and technology, coordinating across Compliance, Technology, and Operations. Strong governance, clear communication, and attention to detail are essential to enable successful implementation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Background or understanding of AML/KYC required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal explanation/direction and adapt with limited notice.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• 3-5 years of financial service experience in project management, controls, audit, quality assurance, risk management, or compliance, or AML/KYC preferred.
• Background or understanding of Issue Management preferred.
• Understanding of CCB Lines of Business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project planning and support for AML/KYC tech workstreams, including scope, milestones, delivery tracking, and risk/issue management.
• Act as primary coordination lead across Compliance, Technology, and Operations to capture, validate, and prioritize requirements.
• Maintain governance artifacts and escalate blockers with clear owners and timelines.
• Support documentation of business requirements and use cases for CIP system capabilities, including identity verification workflows.
• Facilitate working sessions with structured agendas, minutes, and tracked action items.
• Produce executive-ready status reports and keep milestones on track.
