Job summary

EY is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead large-scale AMI programs for Power & Utilities clients in North America. You will shape pursuits, guide multi-workstream delivery, and build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders across PMO, change management and field deployment.

You will lead teams across planning, mobilization, design, testing and operationalization while leveraging modern delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of direct AMI program management experience.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployment projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including client strategy and proposals.
• Build relationships with senior utility stakeholders and governance forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, design and deployment.
• Stand up integrated PMOs with governance, planning, RAID and reporting.
• Manage multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics.
• Develop delivery methods and coaching for workstreams.
