Job summary

EY Consulting seeks an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to help Power & Utilities plan and deliver large-scale AMI transformations. You will lead multi-workstream teams across PMO, change management, and field deployment, shaping opportunities and guiding delivery across planning, mobilization and operationalization.

You will build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders, drive program governance, and contribute to pursuit strategies,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business, or related field.
• 10+ years of direct AMI program management experience.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployment across planning, mobilization, delivery and operationalization.
• Professional services or consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs.
• Approximately three+ years of consulting experience including client service delivery and stakeholder management.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity and client delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, facilitate meetings, translate business needs into actionable workplans, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI pursuits and delivery engagements with focus on quality and risk management.
• Lead AMI program management pursuits including strategy, pricing, proposals and approvals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, and operationalization.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance and executive reporting.
• Manage large, multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics.
• Develop AMI delivery methods and reusable assets while coaching leads.
