Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead planning and delivery of large-scale AMI transformations for Power & Utilities clients across North America. You will shape engagements, manage multi-workstream teams, and drive governance, change management, and delivery excellence.

You will lead pursuit activities, build senior stakeholder relationships, and guide PMO, organizational readiness, and benefits realization while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of AMI program management experience with hands-on accountability.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployments across planning, mobilization, delivery and operationalization.
• Experience in professional services or consulting delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs.
• Three+ years of consulting experience including client service delivery and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including client strategy, solution development, pricing, proposals and approvals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, requirements, organizational readiness and field deployment.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, and reporting structures.
• Manage multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics including change orders and risks.
