EY Consulting is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead large-scale AMI transformations for Power & Utilities clients in the US. The role spans planning, vendor coordination, organizational readiness, and business process change across utility environments.

You will shape pursuits, lead flagship engagements, and manage multi-workstream teams across PMO, change management, and field deployment, driving measurable outcomes for clients and EY.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Approximately 10+ years of AMI program management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead AMI program management pursuits and deliverables.
Build relationships with senior utility stakeholders and governance forums.
Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, and field deployment.
Stand up integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, and reporting.
Manage multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics.
Develop delivery methods and coaching for teams.
