Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead large-scale AMI transformations for North American Power & Utilities clients. You will shape opportunities, guide multi-workstream teams across PMO, organizational change, design, field deployment and earned value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related field.
• Approximately 10+ years of direct AMI program management experience with hands-on delivery.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployments across planning, mobilization, delivery and operationalization.
• Consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance delivery.
• Strong executive communication and ability to translate complex issues into clear actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including strategy, solution development, pricing and proposals.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, design, requirements, readiness, deployment, testing and operations.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, change control and executive reporting.
• Manage large, multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics.
• Develop AMI delivery methods, reusable assets and coaching for workstream leads.
