Job summary

EY is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead large-scale AMI transformations for Power & Utilities clients across the US. The role combines strategic pursuits with delivery leadership, guiding multi-workstream teams and ensuring governance, change management and benefits realization.

You will shape opportunities, build senior stakeholder relationships, and oversee PMO, organizational readiness, and field deployment activities with a focus on

Qualifications

• 10+ years direct AMI program management experience
• Experience leading at least one large North American AMI deployment
• Consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal commercial constructs
• Approximately three or more years of consulting experience and client-ready deliverables
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including client strategy, pricing, proposals, orals and internal approvals
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, business design, requirements, and field deployment
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs, including governance, RAID, change control and executive reporting
• Manage large, multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics
• Develop AMI delivery methods and coach workstream leads to scalable delivery
