Job summary
EY Consulting is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead large-scale AMI transformations for North American utilities. You will shape opportunities, guide multi-workstream delivery, and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across PMO, organizational change, and field deployment.
You will lead pursuits and delivery, manage multi-vendor engagements, and drive measurable outcomes through disciplined governance and strong client
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, business or related field.
- Approximately 10+ years AMI program management experience.
- Experience leading large North American AMI deployments.
- Consulting experience delivering client engagements under formal contracts.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead AMI program management pursuits and delivery engagements with focus on quality and risk.
- Build relationships with senior utility stakeholders and lead governance forums.
- Guide AMI delivery across planning, mobilization, and operationalization.
- Stand up integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, and vendor coordination.
- Coach team leads and contribute to high-performing delivery culture.
