Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead large-scale AMI transformations for Power & Utilities clients across the US. You will shape opportunities, lead flagship engagements, and guide multi-workstream teams through PMO, organizational change, and business process design.

You will serve as a senior leader across pursuit and delivery, building trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders, coordinating vendor activities,

Qualifications

• Requires AMI program management experience and senior leadership capability.
• Proven track record in managing PMO governance, budgeting and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with multi-vendor deployments and transforming delivery.
• Experience using structured problem solving and client-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits from strategy to approvals.
• Build relationships with senior utility stakeholders and participate in governance forums.
• Guide cross-workstream delivery across planning, mobilization, and deployment.
• Stand up integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, and vendor coordination.
• Manage multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics.
• Develop delivery methods, reusable assets and team capability.
