You will guide cross-functional teams, manage field operations coordination, ensure accurate meter reads and billing determinants, and drive regulatory compliance, data quality, and operational excellence across metering and billing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, information systems, computer science, business, or related field.
• 4-6 years in utility operations, advanced metering, Meter-to-Cash, or related operational function.
• Experience leading system implementations or organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of AMI, MDMS, meter-reading technologies, and related interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation and long-term management of AMI, MDMS, meter applications, and related metering technologies.
• Ensure accurate, complete, and timely delivery of meter reads and billing determinants to systems.
• Oversee system health monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation.
• Lead projects and process changes across Meter-to-Cash and metering environments.
• Develop and manage a skilled, engaged team and budgets with vendors.
