Qualifications

• Experience supporting operational technology systems in utility or related tech environment preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot data and system issues independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, across multiple platforms.

Responsabilités

• Monitor AMI, MV-90, and MDM systems to ensure data integrity and reliable meter communication.
• Perform remote meter configuration changes and network adjustments; review field service orders when on-site troubleshooting is needed.
• Escalate complex issues to internal teams or vendor partners and drive resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve incidents and communicate AMI needs.
