Job summary

NiSource is seeking a Manager of Data and Analytics in Columbus, OH to lead a technical analytics team and build new analytics capabilities across marketing, products, and customer solutions. The role blends people leadership with hands-on analytics, collaborating with Product Owners, IT, and data teams to translate complex questions into usable solutions.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on location) with relocation support and a salary range of $133,400–$200,100 plus a 15%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data and analytics including data analysis, BI, data science, data engineering, data governance, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with analytics tools and technology (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, data governance tools, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience leading people, technical teams, projects, or analytics delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the analytics team and coach talent.
• Turn complex customer and business questions into actionable analytics solutions.
• Partner with Product Owners, IT and data teams to deliver analytics capabilities.
• Ensure analytics solutions are accurate, scalable, and well-governed.
• Drive continuous improvement and establish reusable analytics standards.
