Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in data and analytics including BI, data science, or data engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on with analytics tools (Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc).
• 2+ years leading people, teams, or analytics delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analytics team and grow capabilities.
• Turn complex analytics findings into actionable business insights.
• Partner with Product Owners, IT, and data teams throughout delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance across analytics practices.
