AMI Paris in the United States is seeking a Full‑Time Client Advisor to join our Melrose team. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and help maintain the brand's premium image.

You will manage stock, participate in visual merchandising, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for luxury clients. The role requires a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and 2+ years in luxury/designer retail.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
• Positive, dynamic, involved with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of customer service and commitment to satisfying customers' needs.
• Strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of sector and trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to build loyalty.
• Follow up and manage stock, including reception, rotation, and rebalancing.

• Ensure store presentation and participate in VM implementation and rotation.

Customer Relations

• Greeting customers in the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a positive mood.
• Listen and identify the needs of customers through your customer service skills.
• Build customer loyalty by creating trusting relationships.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals.

Stock

• Follow‑up and management of the stock (reception of goods, rotating inventories, rebalancing requests, etc.)
• Provide product feedback to improve inventory levels.

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the store is well maintained in general: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises.
• Active participation in the implementation and rotation of the VM store.

Job Requirements

• You have 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
• You are positive, dynamic, involved and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have a strong sense of customer service and are committed to satisfying your customers' needs.
• You have a strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of the sector and its trends.
