Job summary

AMI Paris is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our Melrose team. You will develop sales and build customer loyalty through attentive service and fashion expertise.

Under the direction of the Store Manager, you will greet customers, manage stock, and ensure the store presentation while contributing to achieving sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling luxury and/or designer goods.
• Positive, dynamic, and highly interpersonal.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to satisfy customers' needs.
• Strong sensitivity to fashion and knowledge of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs to drive sales and loyalty.

• Manage stock: receive goods, rotate inventory, and rebalance requests.
• Provide feedback to improve inventory levels.
• Ensure store presentation and cleanliness; participate in VM setup and rotation.

AMI Paris is looking for a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our Melrose team. Under the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will develop sales and build customer loyalty through the following missions:

Customer Relations

• Greeting customers in the AMI spirit: friendly, smiling, and always in a positive mood.
• Listen and identify the needs of customers through your customer service skills.
• Build customer loyalty by creating trusting relationships.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals.

Stock

• Follow-up and management of the stock (reception of goods, rotating inventories, rebalancing requests, etc).
• Provide product feedback to improve inventory levels.

Visual Merchandising

• Ensure the store is well maintained in general: presentation of products, cleanliness, maintenance of the premises.
• Active participation in the implementation and rotation of the VM store.

Qualifications

• You have 2+ years of experience in the sale of luxury and/or designer goods.
• You are positive, dynamic, involved and have excellent interpersonal skills.
• You have a strong sense of customer service and are committed to satisfying your customers' needs.
• You have a strong sensitivity for fashion and knowledge of the sector and its trends.
