Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, social work, public administration or related field.
• 5 years of experience in program coordination, nonprofit administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning new databases and systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive personnel and program data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of Volunteer experiences, overseeing onboarding and service year engagement.
• Coordinate AmeriCorps member records and retention, file audits, and monitoring site visits.
• Ensure AmeriCorps members are trained annually on grant requirements.
• Oversee professional development opportunities and service events for AmeriCorps members throughout their term of service.
• Manage AmeriCorps grant compliance regarding member enrollment, exits, and ongoing program management during the service year.
• Maintain and update the AmeriCorps Compliance Manual, and train AmeriCorps staff on relevant components annually.
• Attend OneStar monthly meetings.
• Prepare monthly Program Enrollment Reports (PERs) and reporting in OneStar Foundation online platform; work with Assistant Director, Finance monthly for reporting
