Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in program coordination or nonprofit administration.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort learning new databases and systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive personnel and program data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of Volunteer experiences, overseeing onboarding and service year engagement.
• Coordinate AmeriCorps member records, file audits, and monitoring site visits; ensure annual grant training.
• Manage AmeriCorps grant compliance for enrollment, exits, and program management.
• Maintain and update the AmeriCorps Compliance Manual and train staff.
• Attend OneStar monthly meetings; liaise with Dana Center leadership.
• Collaborate with Literacy First and Numeracy First teams to coordinate grant activities.
• Attend local, state, and national AmeriCorps conferences.
