Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5 years of experience in program coordination or nonprofit administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of Volunteer experiences, onboarding and service year engagement.
• Coordinate AmeriCorps member records and retention, file audits, and monitoring site visits.
• Ensure AmeriCorps members are trained annually on grant requirements.
• Attend OneStar monthly meetings.
• Manage the relationship between Dana Center and OneStar Foundation and oversee compliance reporting.
• Coordinate grant continuation and recompete processes with Dana Center leadership and staff.
• Attend local, state, and national AmeriCorps conferences.
• Collaborate across teams to monitor progress toward strategic goals.
• Prepare monthly Program Enrollment Reports and assist with finance reporting.
