Job summary

University of Texas at Austin is seeking an AmeriCorps Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day administrative, logistical, and compliance operations for the Dana Center's AmeriCorps programs. You will manage onboarding, reporting to OneStar Foundation, and grant continuation with Dana Center leadership support.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and passion for national service, with travel and some evening/weekend work as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5 years of experience in program coordination, nonprofit administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate member experiences, onboarding, and service-year engagement.
• Manage AmeriCorps grant compliance, enrollment, exits, and program management.
• Maintain and update compliance manuals; train staff yearly.
• Prepare monthly enrollment reports and assist finance reporting.
