Job summary

TVH is seeking a Total Rewards Manager to lead compensation and benefits strategy across the Americas from Olathe, KS. The role balances global frameworks with local market needs and partners with HR leadership.

You will design salary ranges, oversee benefits and 401(k) administration, and manage self-insured medical plans while ensuring compliance with ERISA and ACA. Data-driven decisions and stakeholder collaboration are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on the Americas region.
• Proven experience with various compensation/evaluation methodologies.
• Expertise in managing health plan options, including self-insured medical plans.
• Strong understanding of local and federal labor laws impacting compensation and benefits.
• Ability to work effectively within a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures, including salary ranges and incentive schemes for the Americas region.
• Manage job evaluations and ensure consistent grading across the region.
• Conduct market analyses and participate in salary surveys to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Oversee benefits programs and Open Enrollment activities, including communication strategies and system setup.
• Administer and manage 401(k) plan administration, including audits and reporting, with Benefits Administrator support.
• Administer self-insured medical plans and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Serve as primary contact forAmericas leaders, guiding compensation and benefits matters.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, FMLA, workers compensation and related laws.
• Provide data-driven reports to HR leadership and regional leaders.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
