Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Supervising Associate to enhance internal communications across the Americas Tax Service Line. You will develop articles, newsletters, presentations, and process guides, collaborating with brand, marketing, and stakeholder teams.

The role requires strong editing, analytics, and project management skills, with a proactive, independent work style. Location is flexible within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a communications or related major, or equivalent experience.
• Typically no less than 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Stream, Copilot, Adobe Analytics, Power BI and other applicable AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the business function's communication strategy with stakeholders to support objectives.
• Identify content opportunities, engage SMEs, secure reviews and approvals, edit as needed.
• Edit and review content for grammar, quality, and brand compliance.
• Manage channels for the function, including mailings, newsletters, internal articles, and news page.
• Leverage communications knowledge to ensure consistent messaging across audiences.
• Liaise with video production team for internal and external videos.
• Collect and analyze metrics to gauge reach and engagement for internal campaigns.
• Develop communications plans with Service Lines, Industry, and functional groups.
• Participate in other internal client programs as required.
• Prioritize work to meet client commitments and deadlines.
