This role combines strategic workforce planning, executive partnership, operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and hands-on recruiting leadership. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers while helping shape how Flywire leverages AI and technology to deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

You'll collaborate with recruiting teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to ensure consistency in our hiring practices while adapting to the unique needs of each AMER market.
