Job summary

Belimo is seeking a Strategic Indirect Procurement Specialist for the Americas. The role leads regional indirect category management across the Americas, including Professional Services, Facilities & Real Estate, IT, Marketing, and MRO, reporting to the Global Indirect Procurement Strategic Process Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of indirect sourcing experience in an international, matrix environment.
• Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, including RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Proven experience leading supplier negotiations and contracting.
• Experience driving cross-functional projects and change management.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional ownership of indirect goods and services across the Americas.
• Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate needs into sourcing solutions.
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ).
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to secure favorable terms.
• Identify cost savings and value via total cost of ownership and consolidation.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
• Support P2P execution in SAP and ensure policy compliance.
