Job summary

Belimo Holding AG is seeking a Regional Team Lead Procurement Operations in Danbury, CT. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of progressive purchasing/production control experience in manufacturing.
Hands-on proficiency with major ERPs; SAP preferred.
Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills; team player with clear, concise communication.

Responsibilities

Lead, recruit, train, and mentor procurement specialists and buyers.
Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and implement continuous process improvements to reduce purchasing lead times.
Optimize SAP settings to improve component availability and operational efficiency worldwide.
Oversee PR to PO conversion, supplier enablement via Belimo SRM tool, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Support data collection for Belimo Compliance initiatives.
Design procurement dashboards, track KPIs (OTD, ITO, cost savings) and report spend analysis.
