Job summary

Belimo seeks a Manager of Manufacturing Equipment Engineering (Americas) to design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, reliable equipment and infrastructure across the global production network. You will define architecture, drive automation, and manage the full equipment lifecycle.

Required are 10+ years in manufacturing equipment engineering, strong leadership, and ERP/SAP experience. Travel globally ~20% and a strong focus on safety, quality, and cost efficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing equipment engineering in production environments.
• Proven leadership with organizational and change-management experience.
• Experience with lean management, Six Sigma, and process modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and implementation of manufacturing equipment, testing systems, and supporting infrastructure across the global production network.
• Define and govern equipment architectures, platforms, and design standards for scalability and reusability.
• Lead end-to-end equipment lifecycle: concept development, design, realization, qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), deployment, and maintenance.
