Job summary

The role requires coordinating with Engineering and Operations to implement regional procurement strategies that align with global direction.

The candidate will drive negotiations, monitor market trends, and report KPIs while leveraging SAP Ariba and analytics tools to enhance supplier performance and risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement experience with a bachelor’s degree in business or finance.
• Experience in energy, transformers, or related manufacturing is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead negotiations and manage supplier relations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with regional suppliers across the Americas.
• Lead negotiations on pricing, terms and conditions for multi-site supply.
• Own the procurement strategy for insulation material across TAM Cluster and cooling/conductive materials for Charlotte.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations and Planning to define sourcing strategies.
• Monitor regional market trends, report KPIs/savings, and manage project progress.
• Facilitate technical clarifications and manage SAP Ariba data and supplier evaluations.
