Job summary

Belimo in Danbury, CT, is seeking a Planning Manager, Americas, a senior leader responsible for directing tactical execution and driving strategic projects in planning platforms, demand analytics, and change management within Belimo Americas.

You will lead change management of new demand planning tools, collaborate on inventory optimization, oversee SAP Master Data Management improvements, and develop analytics for demand-side S&OP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable business field is required.
• Supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• Experience in demand planning groups with many SKUs and high volume in industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• With Global Planning, lead execution and change management of new demand planning tools.
• Lead inventory optimization programs including ITO, inventory reserves and locations.
• Lead SAP-related Master Data Management optimizations.
• Strategize analytics in demand-side S&OP with cross-functional teams.
• Own demand planning materials for all American plants.
• Oversee PLM for Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing and standard costing at plant level.
• Manage Variant Configure in SAP/ECC.
• Drive continuous improvement of work instructions and processes.
