Job summary

Belimo in the United States (Connecticut) seeks a Strategic Sourcing/Procurement Specialist for indirect materials with regional responsibility across the Americas. You will own categories like professional services, facilities & real estate, IT, Marketing, and MRO, collaborating with the Americas Purchasing team to meet goals and objectives.

You will lead end-to-end RFx, negotiate terms, monitor supplier performance, drive cost savings, and ensure accurate POs in SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field required.
• 7+ years indirect sourcing experience in international environments.
• Strong RFx, negotiation, and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sourcing and category management for indirect goods and services.
• Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies aligned with global objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into procurement solutions.
• Manage end-to-end RFx (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes with compliance and evaluations.
• Negotiate supplier terms and contracts, ensuring value and risk balance.
• Identify cost savings and implement TCO improvements.
• Monitor market trends and maintain supplier relationships.
• Create POs in SAP and ensure policy compliance.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service and efficiency.
