Job summary

Belimo Holding AG in the United States (Danbury, CT) seeks a Planning Manager, Americas to direct tactical execution of planning processes and demand analytics within Belimo Americas. You will collaborate with Global Planning and MDM teams to implement new demand planning tools and optimize inventory across American plants.

The role requires change management leadership, strong analytical skills, and SAP/ERP optimization experience in a high-volume industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business field.
• Supervisory or managerial experience required.
• Experience in demand planning with high SKU counts and high volume in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• With Global Planning, lead execution and change management of new demand planning tools.
• With Global Demand Planning Lead, support inventory optimization strategies (ITO, reserves, locations).
• With Global MDM Team, lead SAP-related optimizations in master data management.
• Collaborate with Global Planning, Americas Sales, and Product Management on analytics in S&OP.
• Oversee demand planning materials for all American plants.
• Manage PLM of Material Master, BOM, Work Center, Routing and Standard Costing at plant level.
• Oversee Variant Configure in SAP/ECC and drive continuous improvement of processes.
