Davies is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner - Americas to collaborate with the HR leadership team and senior leaders across the Americas. The role focuses on shaping and delivering the strategic people agenda, building trusted partnerships, and guiding programs that drive organizational performance and growth.

You will work across the U.S., Canada, Brazil, and Bermuda to implement region-wide people strategies, coach leaders, and drive HR processes in a high-impact, global environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of HR experience including strategic partnership with senior leaders across multiple states and countries.
• Experience advising leaders on employee matters and organizational priorities.
• Knowledge of US employment laws with exposure to Canada, Brazil, and Bermuda.

• Partner with senior leaders across the Americas to align people strategies with priorities.
• Coach leaders on employee matters, performance, and organizational change.
• Drive core HR processes with HR centers of excellence for a seamless employee experience.
