Job summary

Simeio is seeking a Senior HR leader to drive people strategy and HR operations across the Americas. You will partner with business leaders and global HR to support growth, employee experience, and local compliance.

You will oversee employee relations, talent management, payroll, benefits, immigration, and regional HR service delivery, balancing global consistency with local requirements and building trusted cross-country partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience across employee relations, talent management, org design, and change management.
• Payroll oversight, benefits administration, and HR operations experience.
• Commercial and analytical skills to align people priorities with business goals.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and discretion with confidential matters.

Responsibilities

• Shape regional people strategy, workforce planning, and organizational design.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, succession, and development.
• Lead fair employee relations practices, investigations, and issue resolution with Legal.
