Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering is seeking a Director of Sales for the Americas to drive revenue growth and market share across the region. The role leads a field sales team across the United States and collaborates with cross-functional partners to pursue new business in Medical, Aerospace & Defense, Semiconductors, and Diversified Industrials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration is required.
• Master’s in Business Administration is a plus but not required.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience leading direct-reports in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• National Account management experience with multimillion-dollar revenue programs.
• Expert negotiation of multimillion-dollar annual revenue streams.
• Proven track record of developing new business and shaping product solutions to drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Americas sales teams to maximize performance and exceed metrics.
• Develop and deploy solution-based selling, prospecting, and key account management practices.
• Forecast sales and plan territories; manage pipeline and contracts strategy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance to achieve goals.
• Drive pricing strategies and short/long-term growth initiatives.
• Establish accountability, culture, and processes across the sales organization.
