Job summary

Bal Seal Engineering seeks a Director of Sales for the Americas to grow revenue and market share across the U.S. team. You will lead field sales, nurture existing accounts and build new revenue streams in Medical, Aerospace and Defense sectors.

You will mentor a nationwide sales force, partner with Marketing, Engineering, and Operations, and drive disciplined execution and forecasting to meet ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience of direct reporting sales team in B2B manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in National Account management for multimillion-dollar revenue programs.
• Expert in contract negotiation of multimillion-dollar annual revenue streams.
• Demonstrated track record of business development from market engagement to revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach Americas sales team to maximize performance and metrics.
• Implement solution-based selling, prospect new business, and manage key accounts.
• Forecast sales, plan territories, and drive pipeline management for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance.
• Own contracts strategy, negotiation, and execution; ensure adherence to policies.
• Develop and execute new business acquisition and pricing plans.
