- 10+ years of experience in industrial Supply Chain and manufacturing process improvement.
- Proven leadership with cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Strong financial and business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Develop regional supply chain strategy and plan
- Lead end-to-end supply chain processes and cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure on-time customer delivery and regulatory compliance
- Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and CBS tools
- Develop capability and succession planning within the team
