Macquarie is seeking a security professional to strengthen Americas security operations, investigations, and risk management across a global organization. You will partner with senior leaders to support critical business decisions and incident response.

You will lead third-party due diligence, investigations, and crisis preparedness, coordinating with Legal, People & Culture, and security providers to ensure effective risk mitigation and resilience across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong experience conducting third-party due diligence and security risk assessments.
• Demonstrated expertise in incident management and crisis response.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders and external agencies.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and risk-based decision making.

Responsabilités

• Support security operations across the Americas, coordinating incident response and resilience initiatives.
• Lead security-related investigations and partner with People & Culture, Legal, Risk, and facilities teams.
• Engage with law enforcement and security partners to strengthen regional security programs.
• Oversee third‑party due diligence to assess risks and deliver actionable reports for business decisions.
• Assist with site security reviews, event security, and executive protection as needed.
