Macquarie is seeking a security professional to strengthen Americas security operations, investigations, and risk management across a global organization. You will partner with senior leaders to support critical business decisions and incident response.
You will lead third-party due diligence, investigations, and crisis preparedness, coordinating with Legal, People & Culture, and security providers to ensure effective risk mitigation and resilience across the region.
Help protect what matters most. Join a high-performing security team that safeguards our people, operations, and reputation across the Americas through intelligence-led security, investigations, and risk management. This is an opportunity to apply your investigative expertise, security knowledge, and stakeholder management skills in a highly visible role that partners with senior leaders and supports critical business decisions across a global organisation.
We are a global financial services group operating in 30 markets with 57 years of unbroken profitability. At Macquarie, you're empowered to shape a career that is fulfilling and creates value. You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.
You will support security operations across the Americas, helping maintain a safe and secure operating environment while contributing to incident response, crisis management, business continuity, and resilience initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, facilities teams, security providers, and external partners, you will help coordinate response efforts during security incidents and provide timely updates, reporting, and recommendations that support effective decision-making.
You will lead security-related investigations and support broader workplace and employee-related investigations, partnering with stakeholders across People and Culture, Legal, Risk Management Group, facilities, and business leadership. You will develop strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and security partners while helping strengthen security awareness, crisis preparedness, and operational resilience across the region.
A key aspect of the role involves leading third-party due diligence activities that support strategic initiatives and business transactions. You will engage with stakeholders to define requirements, conduct detailed research using open-source intelligence and specialist investigative platforms, assess security, reputational, regulatory, integrity, and financial risks, and deliver clear, actionable reports that enable informed business decisions.
You will also support site security reviews, event security planning, security training initiatives, and executive protection activities as required. Through close engagement with stakeholders and security partners, you will help ensure security programs, operational practices, and risk management activities remain effective, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
