The role involves coordinating enquiries, supporting due diligence reviews, and ensuring timely documentation and escalation handling with cross-functional partners.

The candidate will coordinate audits, regulatory reviews and action tracking while contributing to governance forums and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services, risk management, compliance or financial crime risk
• Experience supporting governance, risk and regulatory activities
• Strong reporting, dashboards and senior management presentation skills
• Experience coordinating audits and regulatory reviews
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational delivery and governance of financial crime risk advisory function
• Coordinate enquiries, escalations and ensure timely documentation and tracking
• Support customer due diligence reviews and payment-related enquiries
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Americas region to drive consistency
• Coordinate internal audits, regulatory reviews and action tracking
• Contribute to governance forums, reporting and quality assurance activities
