Job summary

MilliporeSigma in the Americas is seeking a Regional Head of Project Controls to lead the regional team overseeing planning, scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk and change management across the Engineering & Technology capital portfolio. Reporting to the Global Head of Project Controls, you will implement global standards, build regional capability, and provide trusted insights that drive predictable project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, quantity surveying or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Project Controls for major capital projects or complex portfolios.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary Project Controls teams.
• Strong knowledge of planning/scheduling, cost management, estimating, risk & change management, and project performance reporting.
• Experience applying Project Controls standards and governance across projects or portfolios.
• Fluent in English with effectiveStakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop regional Project Controls team to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure high-quality Project Controls support across the Americas capital portfolio.
• Maintain robust schedule and cost baselines, forecasts, dashboards and reporting.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and support recovery planning.
• Apply global standards, procedures, systems and governance across projects.
• Support health checks, assurance activities and stage-gate reviews.
• Plan and deploy regional resources and develop future capability and succession.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering Managers, site teams, Finance, Procurement and external partners.
