Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a senior origination professional to join our Americas-based global Origination Team. You will originate and pursue products and feedstock opportunities, including supply, offtake, refinery supply/tolling, and other physical commodity solutions to capture arbitrage and create value for the trading portfolio.

You will lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of high-value deals, apply structured finance where relevant, and grow key relationships with buyers, suppliers,

Qualifications

• Experience in refined products trading or commercial development.
• Strong understanding of refined products markets, including supply, demand, pricing, and logistics.
• Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and execute commercial opportunities that generate value.
• Experience working with suppliers, refiners, traders, customers, and logistics providers.
• Knowledge of physical commodity trading, contracts, and risk management.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and pursue products and feedstock opportunities including supply, offtake, refinery supply/tolling, inventory finance, and other physical commodity solutions.
• Drive identification, development, and execution of market-facing opportunities leveraging ExxonMobil scale and trading portfolio.
• Lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of high-value, complex deals in support of trading, value chain, and corporate objectives.
• Apply structured finance solutions to increase deal profitability, manage risk, and reach deal closure.
• Evaluate alternatives and devise deal enhancements to maximize margin and mitigation strategies.
• Grow and develop external relationships with buyers, suppliers, refiners, traders, customers, and logistics providers.
• Maintain active pipeline of third-party opportunities.
