Nouryon is seeking a Regional PSRA Manager for the Americas to provide product and substance regulatory support across R&D, ISC, marketing and sales. You will manage compliance with national and international chemical control laws and lead proactive regulatory developments for the region.

The role emphasizes coordinating registrations, advising business units, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Fluent English essential; PhD or MSc preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in chemical industry, with regulatory affairs, environmental and R&D exposure.
• PhD or MSc in Toxicology, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and ability to communicate impact to business.
• Proven leadership and change-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and networking.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional PSRA regulatory strategy for Americas, aligning with global policies.
• Oversee registration and compliance activities for Nouryon's markets in the region.
• Collaborate with R&D, ISC, marketing and sales to advise on new offerings and markets.
• Develop annual PSRA plans, processes and standards with senior stakeholders.
• Represent Nouryon in regional advocacy and industry associations.
