Job summary

Amphenol is seeking a Sustainability Specialist in Nashua, NH to lead the product stewardship program, ensuring compliance with global chemical and materials regulations and supporting New Product Introductions.

You will coordinate responses to internal and external inquiries, manage CMRT/EMRT reporting, monitor evolving REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, TSCA requirements, and drive PFAS phase-out strategies while upholding 'compliance by design'.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in product stewardship or regulatory compliance.
• Deep understanding of REACH, RoHS exemptions, and Prop 65 labeling requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to explain complex regulations to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide support related to product stewardship and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and interpret evolving global regulations.
• Manage CMRT and EMRT reporting.
• Lead PFAS phase-out in response to global restrictions.
• Provide technical guidance to R&D and Engineering during NPI.
• Overtime may be required for alternate shifts and weekends.
