Job summary

Quortex is seeking an HR Operations Partner for the Americas to support employees, managers and leaders across the region. You will manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, liaising with HR, payroll and benefits providers and external vendors.

You will collaborate with global teams on HR projects, providing a high-touch, confidential service and ensuring data integrity in Workday and related systems across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Progressive HR Generalist or HR Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of US employment practices and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration.
• Experience with external HRIS/workday or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer all employee lifecycle activities for employees, contractors and EOR workers across the Americas.
• Coordinate onboarding activities including documentation, setup, inductions and manager readiness.
• Manage changes such as promotions, transfers and leave arrangements.
• Coordinate offboarding activities ensuring payroll, benefits and system actions are completed.
• Provide HR guidance to employees and managers across the region.
• Support recruitment, performance management and employee development processes.
• Coordinate with payroll providers, benefits brokers and external vendors.
