Pinterest is seeking a Sr. Manager, Americas Payroll to lead payroll operations across Argentina, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and the United States.

You will scale processes, ensure compliance, and partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, People and external providers to deliver accurate, timely payroll results. The role focuses on governance, standardization, and automation, with the use of AI to accelerate analysis and reporting while maintaining accuracy and control.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of payroll experience across Americas.
• 5+ years in payroll leadership.
• Experience across US, Canada and Latin America.
• Experience in payroll compliance and audits across jurisdictions.
• Partnering with Accounting, Legal, Tax, People and external providers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Americas payroll operations across Argentina, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, and United States, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Partner with Global Payroll & Employment Tax Team to scale processes.
• Oversee Americas payroll compliance, including statutory filings, tax withholding, social contributions, year-end reporting and audit readiness.
• Drive payroll process improvements through standardization, automation and collaboration with internal systems teams and external payroll vendors.
• Build and strengthen payroll controls, governance and documentation.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, Tax, People, Total Rewards, Equity and HR operations teams to ensure policy alignment.
• Support complex matters including cross-border movements, global mobility, shadow payroll coordination and equity-related payroll impacts.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis, reporting and documentation with validation for accuracy.
