Job summary

BridgeWise, an AI-based investment intelligence platform, is seeking a Regional Partnerships Director for the Americas based in New York. You will own partnership strategy across the Americas, closing high-value deals with wealthtech platforms, data providers and channel distributors.

In this senior role you will structure multiple commercial models, oversee negotiations through to signed agreements, and drive integration roadmaps with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, business development or strategic alliances with 4+ years in senior/director roles
• Proven track record closing complex multi-stakeholder tech partnership deals in fintech/wealthtech/data
• Experience selling into financial platforms (wealthtech platforms, banks, broker-dealers, custodians)
• Experience structuring API/technology integration partnerships
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial/negotiation skills for C-suite discussions
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
• Familiarity with AI, investment research or financial data products is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Define and own BridgeWise's Americas partnership framework across partner categories, tiers, models and metrics
• Lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value partnerships across the Americas through signed agreements and integration scoping
• Structure deals across licensing, white-label/OEM, API, co-sell and channel resale models
• Onboard and grow partners with integration roadmaps, co-marketing plans and joint GTM motions
• Serve as primary relationship owner for BridgeWise's top regional partners
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing on co-sell motions and integrations
• Represent BridgeWise at industry events and executive briefings in the Americas
• Report partnership pipeline and revenue metrics to leadership
