BridgeWise is seeking a Regional Partnerships Director to own partnerships strategy across North America, building and closing relationships with wealthtech platforms, data providers and channel distributors that drive growth and revenue.

You will define partnership frameworks, lead end-to-end negotiations, structure deals across models (content licensing, API integration, co-sell), onboard partners, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing on GTM plans and integrations.

Competenze

• 8+ years in partnerships, business development or strategic alliances, including 4+ years in senior/director role.
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder technology partnership deals in fintech/wealthtech/financial data.
• Direct experience with financial platforms (wealthtech platforms, banks, brokers) and API integrations.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial and negotiation skills, able to engage C-suite executives.

Mansioni

• Define and own BridgeWise's partnership framework, categories, models and metrics.
• Identify and lead end-to-end negotiations for high-value partnerships across North America.
• Structure deals across content licensing, white-label/OEM, API integration, co-sell and channel resale.
• Onboard and grow partners with integration roadmaps, co-marketing plans and GTM motions.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for BridgeWise's strategic partners in the region.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing on co-sell motions, integration capabilities and activations.
• Represent BridgeWise at industry conferences and executive briefings in North America.
• Report on pipeline, revenue contribution and partner health to leadership.
